Pheasants Forever Nebraska

Blue Hill Youth Pollinator Project

Blue Hill 5.15

On May 15th, Webster County PF Chapter and Blue Hill 4th graders and the high school horticulture class came out to plant wildflowers and shrubs. In addition, the students helped plant a 1/2 acre pollinator project on Extension property.  Once the site is established, the students will monitor the site to see if it is helping attract pollinators.    It was a fun day!

This project was made possible by the following partners:  Nebraska Environmental Trust, SportDog, University of Nebraska Extension, and Cody Ringnecks Pheasants Forever.
