Do you struggle with your shooting, or want to learn but don’t know where to start? Make sure to attend this year’s State Habitat Meeting, February 9th, where Mark & Sally Stevens, ATA/NRA Certified Shotgun Coaches (Level 3) will be presenting. Then join the ladies of Beyond the Shot the following day, as Mark & Sally Stevens will be teaching a shooting clinic targeted to beginner, struggling and apprehensive shooters February 10th. Workshop size is limited to 20, so don’t delay! This is one opportunity you don’t want to miss.

We’ve paired up with the Rustic Patch in Kearney to offer a new opportunity of canvas painting and local wine tasting. PF is matching the cost to offer a lower rate of $20 for each participant with a cap of 25 for the room.  Please RSVP with Ashley early to be sure you have a spot. Check out the Rustic Patch here!  Registration deadline for the painting is February 1.

Help bring up the next generation of conservationists by inviting them to the Covey Corner.  We’ll have outdoor education and shooting activities geared towards various age groups.  First 30 youth to register will receive a free shirt!

State Habitat Meeting Agenda

The State Habitat Meeting brings together people who are passionate about habitat. We share landowner success stories and recognize achievements in conservation. The day-long event features concurrent seminars and demonstrations on a wide variety of topics such as wildlife habitat management, hunting, dog training, and youth education.

Attend a Local Banquet

The Prairie Hills Chapter of Pheasants Forever hosts a spectacular banquet during the State Habitat Meeting weekend. Join us Saturday evening! In 2016, Prairie Hills PF received a Conservation Excellence Award for achieving $500,000 in contributions toward local habitat and conservation projects.

Pick Up Your Seed Mix

Pheasants Forever’s Signature Series food and cover seed mixes are designed to carry game birds through tough winters. Food plot orders placed through a local chapter are available for pick-up at the Nebraska State Habitat Meeting.
