It takes a lot of time and dedication to organize a Youth Mentor Hunt and much of the important work occurs before and after the actual event. Although preparing expense reports and participant summaries are less-than-glamorous responsibilities, they help tell our story. Youth Mentor Hunts have impacted over 13,000 youth in Nebraska. Together, we’ve spent $1.8 million to benefit our future hunters, chapter members, and conservation leaders.
Below you will find all the appropriate forms needed for planning and summarizing a Youth Mentor Hunt. If you have questions on any of these forms, please contact your Regional Representative. Contact Ashley at email@example.com or 308-850-8395 to update your chapters date, time, location and contact information, for your Youth Mentor Hunt event.
*Youth Mentor Hunt vests and hats will not be supplied to your chapter until the Expense Reporting Form and the Participant Summary from the previous year are completed and submitted to the State Office.
